Happy WBW! What was the first world you ever invented? Would you change it today?
Ooh, this is a fun one. Thanks for the ask :D
So, the first world I ever invented no longer exists. But long story short, it was the world my persona / main character Myth lives in. It’s pretty much your typical fantasy, almost pre-medieval-ish world. Although there were also like.. tribes of animal shapeshifters (I made this world when I was 9, okay? The height of my wolf phase). Myth was one of them and had a treehouse with her friends that they sort of plotted and planned things in. What 9-year-old me thought was your typical teenage shenanigans. I also remember there being some dark force in the world, but I don’t remember too much about it aside from that it had it out for Myth an her friends. Aside from that, I vividly remember everything else about the plot and what I wrote, but in no way can I rewrite it the same, no matter how hard I try. I wrote the whole trilogy out on Wattpad once, but never posted it. I ended up deleting it around when I was 14 out of embarrassment and honestly kind of regret it. So… I wouldn't change the world itself, because if I remember correctly it actually wasn’t horrible, but I would change that decision I made and bring back what I wrote of it. I’m kind of curious how my writing has changed since then.
