Wow, great try. :D Here are my remarks:

As you’re probably aware, rer- is not exactly plant, but rather sow. That still definitely works in the context, though. 

It was clever of you to use the future to try to construct an imperative. However, there’s a specific way to express the imperative in Quenya, and that is: a/á + infinitive of the verb. In our sentence, that gives us á rerë.

You almost had it with aldarelya as well! The only thing is that the plural always comes after suffix-pronouns (including possessive pronouns), thus aldalyar. Also, just to make sure you’re aware, you used the formal form of your here. If you want it to be more familiar, say aldatyar instead.

So the final result would be Á rerë aldalyar. :)
