he had to get clean. at this point, he had to. his weight was down to near deathly levels, face gaunt and ribs showing now. his cough was near constant now, the occasional suspicious phlegm coming up with it. he constantly felt like his body was shutting down, and it was horrifying. he was twenty one and he felt like he was dying a slow death. but drugs were a common thing in his and tristan’s relationship. the other had already left, what if ashton’s push to fix himself up pushed him away again? “tris, can we talk? it’s important.” why was he so scared to ask for help getting better?
