“Kiss!”Jack calls out, everyone laughing as he looks over the small crowd ofthem to pick someone. “Gavin, come on up!”
“Aw,why me?” Gavin complains, mostly on principle, as he pushes himselfup, a bit unbalanced from the alcohol and stumbling over someone’sstray foot.
“And– no, you know what, you pick,” Jack says, crossing his arms asGavin turns to choose.
Michaelshoots him a death glare and drags his hand across his throat –Gavin giggles and moves past him to study the support room –Alfredo raises an eyebrow, entirely too confident and relaxed in hispose and Gavin tilts his head with a laugh when Alfredo clicks histongue at him. Well, Alfredo’s already gone once tonight, wouldn’thurt to do anoth – oh, there, trying to hide behind Jeremy,Gavin spies the bulk of Matt, his head ducked behind Jeremy’sshoulders but nothing else concealed.
“Hey,Matt!” He calls, and everyone bursts into laughter as Matt groans, dragging himself out from behind Jeremy and standing with a grumble, awkwardly making his way out of the labyrinth of beanbags to stand infront of Gavin.
“Really?”He asks, a poorly-concealed smile playing on his lips as Gavinlaughs.
“Wegot the camera?” Jack asks – a moment later there’s a thumbs-upand - “Go whenever you want!”
“ThanksJack!” Gavin hollers before clumsily pressing his lips to Matt’s– Matt mm!s in surprise and tilts his head to quicklycorrect the kiss, his beard scratching oddly against Gavin’s.
Gavingiggles against his mouth and stays for a couple seconds longer thannecessary before pulling away with a dramatic flourish, grinning atthe colour that rises in Matt’s cheeks, too faint for the camera topick up.
“Yougood?” Gavin asks with an easy smile, not putting any space betweenthem.
“Yourbreath stinks,” Matt deadpans, and Gavin laughs, leaning in tosmack a kiss to Matt’s scruffy cheek before making his way back tohis chair, narrowly avoiding kicking Michael in the nuts on the way.
“Howwas that?” Jack asks, holding a microphone out. Gavin leans forwardin silence until his lips are nearly touching the mic.
“Scratchy,”he says, and laughter erupts around him. His phone pings with a text.
