The process to become a subscriber is as easy as following these 3 steps:
Number 1 – Figure out when the subscription list opens by signing up to receive updates at www.mybrownbox.com. Or follow ‘MyBrownBox’ on a social network (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and we will post information about the next time that the subscription list opens.
Number 2 – Get to a computer before the subscription list opens. It is important to place the subscription in your shopping cart and order the subscription as soon as it becomes available. So if the list opens at 3 PM, you want to be on the website at 3 o’clock on the dot. There is a limited supply so they usually sell out quick.
Number 3 – After you order your subscription and receive the confirmation email, sit back and relax because your ‘My Brown Box’ will be arriving at your door shortly. (Shortly meaning the next month that they ship out)

The Heat Damage Blues...
That moment when you're short on time so you go for a wash and go. You get out of the shower put on some leave in conditioner, look in the mirror and realize that your curl pattern isn't poppin'! I like to call it the heat damage blues. Many of us suffer from inconsistent curl patterns due to the overuse of heat products.
Recently, I had my hair straightened twice in a month and as a result I have a patch of hair that looks relaxed. I have never had a relaxer before but due to the heat damage, this damaged hair has recently broken off.
The breaking off of my hair has inspired me to cut off a significant amount of heat damage this summer! Remember healthy hair is the best hair!
Heat Damage Prevention:
When using heat make sure to use heat protectants
When blow drying make sure to use the lowest heat setting.
Try no heat challenges
Find alternative natural styles such as rods, buns, and twist/braid outs
