The story happens on the 1940s, on the fictional city called Newtower, in USA.
Newtower is a town inspired mostly by Boston and New York. A cold metropole, with great and old buildings.
Newtower is a supernatural town, with witches, demons and angels living among the people.
The town is separate by 4 neighborhoods:
High Zone: the best neighborhood in Newtower, all the mansions are there and also it's the safer place in the city.
Middle Zone: is a middle class' neighborhood, has more houses than buildings there, and most of the stores are found in the Middle Zone.
Gray Zone: it's the industrial neighborhood in Newtower. The smoke from the factories covers the sky, thanks to that most of the people who lives in the Grey Zone has serious breathing problems.
Down Zone: the poorer but it is also the biggest neighborhood in the city. Is also the most dangerous zone in Newtower, however Down Zone is the center of the magic too, where lives witches, demons and cursed humans.
