Blank Canvas: Heritage - Todoroki’s Costume Redesign

Spoilers for chapter 4 of part three of BC! Not plot wise but a change none the less. :)

Here is Todoroki’s new costume! :D

Shouto’s a harlequin now, folks. :P Dark red on his top right and bottom left. Then dark blue on top left and bottom right. A section of white from his shoulders down to his belt. The belt and boots are also white as well as the cuffs of his sleeves. 

Now I know lots of people love pee-pee man though for me I find them a bit silly. However, I kept them anyway but also gave him actual pockets. Not sure if that nickname will come up or not. Just depends out how the story plays out. After all, Shouto isn’t the hand crusher in the BC AU. It just didn’t happen with Izuku getting his hand injured by Bakugou instead and Tenya not getting as hurt in Hosu. But hey, he’s the Peppermint Prince even though that one hasn’t come up yet to his face. :P

I made myself an extensive not-bingo for MBAV, because I thought about making an actual bingo (like for other people to be involved in) but I don’t think I’d be super good at moderating something like that right now, but anyway. I’ve been using this for like a week to fuck around and write MBAV fics. I wanted to diversify what and who I was writing about in the fandom, and this was a fun and organized way of doing that. 

If anybody wanted a blank copy, I could definitely share one! But yeah, I just wanted to share. It has just shy of 75 prompts, I believe, but it grows every time I come up with something new.

Blank Canvas: Heritage - Shiozaki’s Costume Redesign

Spoiler for chapter 4 of part three of BC! Not plot wise but it is a change none the less. :)

Here is Shiozaki’s potential new costume! I say potential because I want to see what people think of the design. :)

I know she seems more influenced by western religion but I thought it would be cool to associate her with more Japanese religion styles. A mix of influences from the outfits worn by shrine maidens and traditional archery clothing. Think Kikyo from Inuyasha.

This is more of a proposed idea for Shiozaki, not a definite change as of now. Another idea would be going for a warrior nun look. There’s a show called that with some really interesting costume designs that I could take inspiration from. Depending on what people think of this one. :P

Blank Canvas: Heritage - Kirishima’s Costume Redesign

Spoilers for chapter 4 of part three of BC! Not really plot wise but it is a change to the story. :)

Here is Kirishima’s new costume! :D

Essentially let’s armor the rock boy up! Yes, he’s a human shield but if armor can save his stamina let’s protect the manly human boulder. Hope you like it! Keeping with the similar color scheme as canon. Mixes of dark red and black. I’ll let you decide how to your personal preferences. ^_____^

Also the polyurethane is mentioned in the notes before chapter 145 in volume 16!

Blank Canvas: Heritage - Yaoyorozu’s Redesigned Costume

This is a post for part three of my Blank Canvas AU! Putting below the line because spoilers! View at your own discretion. ;)

Alright, dear readers! It’s costume redesign time. I’ve got a few that I’m doing and actually putting the effort into drawing for you as well as for me. First up is Yaoyorozu! :D Here she is, folks.

Tada! More of a jumpsuit type deal instead of her leotard. The back is open for her to use and the front of her top as well as the sides of her lower pants can be unzipped for more exposure. The colors are essentially the same with the main suit and boots are red, the accent pin stripes are white, and the belt an buckles are yellow.

Her belt is different with less but bigger pockets for supplies like first aid, emergency snack packs for her, and possibly some premade materials. Some could even serve as storage for if she makes something like that tracking device during the training came and has two parts. 

Her books and bookshelf are replaced by mini computer wrist guards. With a screen that can flip open with a keyboard. I could have given her just one but if she has two, she has a backup in case something happens to the other. Just in case.

She also has protective gloves for her hands but they can come off easily in case she needs to makes something with her hands. I just want her to be more protected, okay? :P

Not pictured would be her having a premade staff and shield on her person. Seriously to make them new every time seems like such a waste of her energy. I think it would be better for her to just carry those and then make additional weapons and such.

Anyway, that’s my redesign for Yaoyorozu for BC. Hope you like it! ^____^

Birthplaces of Class 1-A and 1-B

Heyo! Joker here with my brain’s extraness again. Or as someone said, going Plus Ultra! XD Anyway, I made a reference picture of the birthplaces of the two first year classes. It was for my fic to figure out some things. Thought it would be nice to share with others just in case they wanted/needed it. ^____^

There’s not really any spoilers for BC here, but I’ll put it below the line for visual convenience.

Here we go!

This is where they’re from according to the wiki. The only one I left off was Mineta ‘cause he’s no longer in BC and therefore irrelevant. But if you were curious, he’s from Kanagawa along with Honenuki, Monoma, and Shiozaki.

Oh and in case you were curious, here’s a comparison map of Japan vs the US.

There are probably more accurate ones out there but this worked best for me if I needed to explain the difference. There are others for different countries, but I’m from the US so that’s the one I went with. :P

Anyway, made this for my fic but thought it was a useful reference. :)

Midoriya Apartment

Here is my guesstimation of the layout of the Midoriya apartment. No way is it to scale or anything. I just based it off of screen caps from the anime from various episodes. I was able to figure out most of it and then used my own experience to guess the rest.

More under the line for visual convenience. ^____^

During various episodes like Izuku waiting for his acceptance letter, the flashback in the hero name episode, and the meeting with All Might asking about the dorms, we got a pretty good look of the living room/kitchen area. I probably drew too much space between the couch and table and such but I’m fine with how it looks. ^___^

Izuku’s room was pretty easy to figure out with the bed, desk, and bookcase. We got to see it from different angles from different episodes since he was four.

The hallway is pretty simple but also not at the same time. For example, there’s this random door closer to the front door on the right side that appears in some shots of the apartment.

While in other episodes, this door doesn’t appear again, as of yet.

Now, there is no evidence of a single bathroom in this apartment so I did some freestyling with that. :P My guess would be that each bedroom has their own bathroom and that they could be placed near the front of the apartment judging by the placement of the bedroom doors in the longish hallway.  And with the disappearing/reappearing door, I’m guessing that’s where placement of the bathroom could be in the apartment.

Anyway, I modeled Izuku’s bathroom off the one I had in my apartment when I lived in Japan. There’s usually a sink, a toilet that is in its own room with door, and the bath/shower area also with its own room with door. The toilet is a smart toilet because I had one of those in my apartment. Having the seat warming feature on it was wonderful during the winter. :)

Now, Inko’s room is entirely a mystery. The only shot I think we get of it is this one:

But, it has a sliding door while the doors in the hallway are swinging doors. 

So I have no idea where this room could be. Other than that, I don’t think we have any more clues as to what her room might look like. The only thing I could guess about it could be a similar placement to the bathroom.

Another thing missing from the apartment is a washing machine. All the apartments myself and the other girls I worked with had washing machines in them. Only one of them had a dryer and it didn’t work very well. Most people hang their laundry outside to dry on non-rainy days. But what was nice was that our shower rooms had different drying features. Like fanning out steam during a shower but that’s not all. There was also a feature that could be used to dry clothes. Which I used a lot by hanging up all my clothes and letting them dry in that room.

Anyway, if there’s no washing machine in the Midoriya apartment, I would guess there’s either a laundry room for the building or a laundromat nearby. If there is one and the bathroom is a separate room instead of in the room as I have drawn, then perhaps there’s a room in Inko’s room or connected to it where the washing machine is. But since we don’t know really anything about that part of the apartment, it’s a mystery as where that would be exactly.

Basically, I made this for my fanfic because of my extra brain demanding me to do so. But I figured I would share in case anyone else would like a reference of the Midoriya apartment. ^____^
