My goal this summer is to lose around 25 lbs. right now I'm 155 & that is so much better than my pre pregnancy weight like SO much better. But that was also when my ED was at its peak. I went from being in the beginning stages of anorexia during freshman year to binge eating in senior year. Once I got pregnant I put myself in check and focused on keeping my baby healthy. Well now that my tummy has been stretched and pulled... its all loosy goosy & it's not a thing I enjoy. I'm also pretty short so any weight I gain, you can see immediately. I'm only 5'1 so even being 125-135 still looks a little thick on me lol. But I'm also not trying to be skinny. I just want to have a flatter tummy and no muffin top! Today is the day I start changing what I eat. Bc honestly last nights munchies were a bitch and I feel huge right now😩
