Ladyklok

It’s time to put my money where my mouth is… time to draw Dethklok as hot ladies. While in the process of drawing, I gave them new names too (and they sort of became OCs for my fic in the process lol). From left to right we have; Tulip, Sigrid, Natalia, Dyllon and Winnie.

Behind the Scenes of the “Medusa Ex Makina” fan opening

I’m extremely proud of the hard work I had put into this animation, and I wanna show you all some of the secrets and full blown images that was done! All art is below the cut, there’s also some MAJOR spoilers to the fic below!

First, this got cut in the final animation but behind the door in Makina’s closet you can see her secret stash of Dethklok fan merch! On the bottom shelf there’s fanbooks, zines, and books. The second shelf has her many vinyl and CDs of Dethklok’s discography and including the rare demo disk before signing to crystal mountain. The final shelf is for her Dethklok plushies! She still cuddles with the Skwisgaar one privately.

Next here is the newspaper that Nathan reads as well as being used for a transition shot. There’s lots of reused assets including the picture of Makina with dethklok (i’m getting so much out of this picture) and this one frame of Makina from the first fic promo. I just noticed that are some typos! (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

Next is the full art of all the side characters that hold significance to Makina. Starting from the bottom is Lottie and Momoka from the idol arc. Tulip and Natalia, my ladyklok interpretations who have been upgraded into becoming OCs. They’ve yet to make an appearance yet. Next to Tulip is Syd with their 2 cats Libby (teal ribbon) and Lou (blue ribbon), then Gerard and finally Chester!

The final piece that I’ll show is all of the antagonists for Medusa. From the bottom again we have Regina and Bri from the idol arc. Then there’s Tex, Ezra, and Seymour, one of them already made an appearance in my fic but the other 2 have yet to debut. Finally we have 2 of the biggest mystery villains, a ghost that haunts Makina’s dreams and a strange woman. I’m keeping their roles a secret for now. 🤫

And that’s all I have for now! Thank you for taking the time to read through everything. I’ll be making some silly stuff in between and finish up the idol arc before my next big thing for the Medusa Ex Makina project!

Day 21: Use 2 characters that have never met before

I had to draw some of my Ladyklok designs again (I love them too much) and they see their counterparts at the supermarket. Looks like Nathan and Natalia locked eyes, but Dyllon and Pickles are too busy figuring out which booze to get to notice each other.

Requestember 4: AMA Makina edition

Looks like Makina and Co are taking over the blog for a few weeks to hold an ask event during Requestember 4! (Wait... is that Tulip from my ladyklok designs?!) Anyway, Makina will be awaiting your questions and OC interactions*! [Side note: there maybe canon spoilers for "Medusa Ex Makina" depending on what is asked, so check the tags if it is a major or minor spoiler]

As usual, here are the general rules: I will not draw any form of; NSFW, hate speech of any kind, underage ships (to clarify; no M.A.P ships), and / or gore. If there is an ask I’m not willing or have enough time to do, it will be deleted. I am one person, so please be patient with me.
