I feel like on days when i'm dealing with pain, I often struggle to figure out What things I can still do in terms of work stuff -- it's hard to think clearly when you're hurting so I'm tossing a lil guide for myself into my Notion that i can sort by how i'm feeling when replanning my day after waking up feeling awful..!!

It’s definitely depressing that I have to push myself to work on high pain days, but it’s equally depressing to feel stuck and unable to get anything done!! Living with a disability and chronic pain is tough!!
