Finally caught the event area empty so I could take some pics. I don't have a lot of emotes though so as pretty as the area is at night, I couldn't really do much with it

Mini Estinien seemed to want to be included in the pics though. I really didn't try to pose him. He just propped himself up in places I didn't even know you could stand on asdfnasdlfkj

Autumn will be ARR Season

I've been working on a set of sketches of the ARR story, and I'm ready for a first pass at the retelling. My plan is to give myself a deadline to finally start working on the storyboards I've sketched. I'll start sharing my sketches, but the scenes I have planned are:

It's a tall order. I know that if I push I can make it all in a month, but that would burn me out for good. Life is rough, with a lot of stuff coming back up to the surface of late. My plan is to do my best, and ensure these are up by Halloween.

In another pass, I can have a more complete set of scenes for each important beat of ARR. The pain of the Quest for Cheese is too much to relive for now.

Do they prefer a firm or soft mattress?

If Fy'ra has an option, she'll choose to ignore the mattress for a hammock. She prefers the comfort of the hanmock wrapping around her small frame. A hard mattress would be her choice barring a hammock. She's used to sleeping on the hard ground when on the move, and a hard mattress replicates that better. She's made mattresses out of tomes, much to the horror of the scions.

Finally set up my adventurer plate

I heard it's a special someone's birthday this weekend! I'm bringing all my favorite buddies of course.

We have Ailbert, my trusty Chocobo Companion. She's a gentle soul with a vibrant spirit. She's not fully trained but she'll throw herself into anything I try. I've kept her away from the gardens after she got overexcited at the sight of me with a trowel.

There's my Whittret, though I keep misplacing his nametag. I know I named him in one of my notes documents... I think. But he's my ever loyal companion. He keeps a watchful eye on my blind side, and my Echo lets me understand his warnings. He's a chittery one though, he'll talk my horn off if I let him.

My Unicorn is my favorite mount. I'm a horse girl at heart and she's beautiful. Sometimes I'll spend an hour riding through different areas just to admire her in motion.

Do they fall asleep easily?

Yes, falling asleep has never been a problem for her. She can fall asleep anywhere, and has fallen asleep in Conjury lessons more than once. I like to imagine that she and Sylphie were paired up because we were both issues for our teacher. Fy'ra likes napping a little too much around dusty scrolls and lectures. Sharlyan libraries were no different, a hint of booksmell and the beginnings of a lecture from her ever

As for stuffed animals, afraid not. Such an item would have been hard to carry through unscathed through her many adventures. The idea of "a mammet, but it's soft and doesn't do anything" isn't appealing for her either, she'd rather make a mammet to help her with her chores. Now that her last remaining mortal enemy has taken up form in a stuffed squirrel, getting her own is the last thing on our minds.
