Helloooooo! Give your OC a minor annoying habit (maybe they always leave lights on or they never put dishes in the dishwasher...) Can be general, or home- or work-related, etc… as long as it annoys their fellow sims but just a bit ;))

Rufus leaves his dirty tennis socks in his gym shoes and let's them sit there untilo Adrian or Lia come like " what is that smell" and then he'll might put them to the laundry :)
