Note #1 Cookies recipe
_Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup of white sugar (OR 1/4 brown sugar | 3/4 white sugar)
200 grams of melted butter
2 cups of flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla powder
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup of oats
_steps
- Using a pot, melt butter and sugar on low heat and mix well till the sugar is melted .
- Once it’s melted turn off the fire and add eggs and mix quickly so the eggs don’t cook under the heat.
- Add flour, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and oats. mix it (don’t overmix).
- Shape your cookies and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven 15 mins early
- Bake the cookies on 180c for 15-20 mins
