RULES: it’s time to love yourselves! choose your 5 (ish) favorite works you created in the past year (fics, art, edits, etc.) and link them below to reflect on the amazing things you brought into the world in 2020. tag as many writers/artists/etc. as you want (fan or original) so we can spread the love and link each other to awesome work. thank you for tagging me @cuddlerlouis & @louitomlinson !! 1.- walls reimagined booklet: easily the thing i’ve created that has taken me the most time and effort ever (i started this shortly after the album dropped but i was only able of finishing and posting it like a month and a half ago phew) this thing...started as something else (i wanted to make a dlibyh lyric edit at first) it changed so much, I looked at this for such a large span of time that I started hating it at the end tbh but i’m very proud of it and I hope I did most of the songs justice (according to what I imagine visually when I listen to them) 2.- one direction 10th anniversary gifset: now this one.... I really struggled with this, I kind of have a love/hate relationship with making edits about things that I feel so nostalgic about, especially if it’s about this damn band cause I have to go through so much footage and I always end up sad at the end, I’m not an artist by any means and I’m not that great at drawing but I wanted to incorporate drawings on the graphics and I’m very thankful for how useful ps is with these things sometimes jajaja (this one took me like a week and I’m very proud of how different it is to my other graphics cause this one is very colorful) 3.- defenceless typo edit: now this one is a very simple one but i’m in love with the texture and the colors i used here (i became obsessed with this texture that makes pictures look like paintings so yeah that’s the reason i love it so much) 4.- walls poster: I love this one so much I got it printed on a t-shirt (that I was going to wear to louis’ concert :() I remember I wanted to post something on the day of the album release but I got nothing so I made this in like an hour, I just love that picture so much he looks like the coolest cutest rockstar :D 5.- only the brave poster: ok so I loved how that drawing I made for the booklet turned out but I thought I’d looked cooler on a poster by itself, I slightly improved it and came up with this (I got inspired by going through the criterion collection website after spending a long time looking at different posters), another example of me being obsessed with graphics having painting elements jajaja alright this was fun!
