It'd be so cool if to a certain extent Bill could vaguely feel through any effigy of himself in addition to seeing through it. Like if Ford was missing him pre-betrayal, he'd trace the lines of the triangle and wish he was touching the real thing... little does he know bill CAN feel that, but just a little bit. like a soft breeze.

Of course it goes the other way too, and when Ford is scratching them out post-betrayal it feels like a papercut or catching a splinter, but just for a moment.
