Happy mother's day! I am thankful for my 2 miracle babies- To be told at a very young age that you will more than likely never be able to have children if it did not happen before the age of 30 was a hard thing to learn. By the time I was 30 I had come to terms with it, and knew if children were in our future we would look into adoption. And then a total miracle happened... at the age of 31 I found out I was pregnant ❤ I can still remember the look on Dan's face when I told him! A year later and a surgery we found out again that I was pregnant with my little spitfire Jake! Blessed beyond blessed with these 2 boys. I never knew I was missing something in my life until they came along. To my boys 💙💙Before you were conceived, I wanted you. Before you were born, I loved you. When you were born, I saw your face and knew I was in love. 💞 Before you were an hour old, I knew I would die for you. Thank you Jaden and Jake for making me a mommy! I love you both more than life. Mommy loves you to the moon and back! You will always be my lil' peanut and munchkin! 😘 #mothersday #myboysmyeverything #blessed #miracles
