for my masters intent i stated how this is my number one college i want to get into, i found a professor i resonated with in the research/field i wanted and spoke specifically how i wanted to work with them in the future, i also talked about any experience i had in that field (internship, previous classes, skills from other jobs). I also recommend looking to the requirements the degree wants and explain how you have those requirements being specific to the field/program
