Tip Of The Day (#17)
Haven't done one of these in a while!
Quick tip: If going for a super dramatic eye look, or one involving eye shadows with lots of fallout, apply the eye makeup first. That way, if a lot of mess fall down on your cheek/under eye area, you can wipe it away before applying any skin makeup.
