131.5 That's 1.5 more pounds than last week. How depressing.

Yeah. I'm not even going to tell you what I ate today. I didn't eat a lot, and I don't think I met my required calorie amount, but I should have chosen healthier meals.
I don't even want to tell you guys of my holiday feasting's.
I did not do well with portioning myself out at all. Ugh. Christmas Eve sucks.
