I'm having a crisis so bear with me

Ok so I don’t really believe in God or anything but I do believe that there is a higher power that connects everything. What I want to know is who the fuck decided to create my mind/soul? Who decided to put this mind into the body that I’m in? Who the fuck thought that this was a good idea because the person that I am/the person I’m inside of doesn’t deserve this. Minds shouldn’t be able to think this much and this body doesn’t deserve the stress that comes with my brain. My body shouldn’t be burdened by what my mind holds because this body had no choice. I had no choice. I never have a choice. I’m permanently stuck in a state where all I do is overthink until it makes me physically sick and nothing changes because it’s involuntary. It’s to the point where I think so much that I zone out. It’s almost like I’m in a sleeping state where my body just shuts down because of how much my brain is overheating from thinking and there’s nothing I can do. So why? Why did my mind have to be created and why give it to this body?
