Day 13: genderbend
I swear I posted this earlier but anyway they’re the couple ever
So I’m trying to sort out a mymjox timeline for an animatic(based mostly on the 90s and 2019 show and official website) but it’s kind of really messy. Here’s what I’ve noted so far:
-They met for the first time on the King’s Island.
-At this point Mymble was still young enough to be dependent on her mother and be considered a “little girl.” Also, no sign of kids.
-Mymble had a spouse before getting with Joxter, this person was probably Little My and Mymble Jr.’s father, but not necessarily all her other kids’.
-They had Snufkin significantly later than Little My and Mymble Jr.
-Joxter left before finding out about Snufkin, who got separated from Mymble at some point. She had a bunch more on her own after Snufkin.
-Joxter seems to have left Mymble on fairly good terms.
Moominpapa never specifies how long they lived on the island or what happened to the others after the Moomins moved away, so the order of events and how much time passed between them can get a little fuzzy. If anyone knows some obscure lore that could help me figure this out or would like to contribute their own headcanons that would be greatly appreciated.
