The BIG announcement that I have been hiding in my drafts for a month

Hi people, how are you?

I expect that everyone is doing ok. Today, I’m here to announce some changes that will happen in the next few... weeks? Months? Not really sure how many time it will take. As you may know - if you don't, you can check the description of the blog - I have a sideblog where I share some of my writings. This sideblog exists for quite some time, but I haven't been much active in the past few years - given the fact that I didn't wrote that much in that period. Towards the end of last year I decided to start sharing some of my writings again and brought @psycheswritings​ back from the dead (thanks to a very thoughtfoul conversation with @blxck-cxffee13​ that is always anything but amazing to me) and the response to my fics have been surprising me quite a bit - in a good way, of course. Then I started thinking about somethings that had been bothering me on my main blog for some time, some things that I wanted to change and decided to take a look at how many time I have the blog and... Surprise, it completes 10 years in October. And I think that we both need a change. A lot of things changed since I entered Tumblr for the first time - I finished high school, started college, finished college, started a post graduation program, finished it, had a lot of existencial cryses (as you may have guessed, I'm in the middle of one more right as I write this) and so goes on. The things that I liked changed too (not so much, Supernatural is here to prove that) and the way that I see life in general, specially. That's why I decided that it was worth a try to create a new blog. Start new. A clean slate, so I can try and organize things a little better and use it to share my works and the things that I like all together. So if you like me, my posts or my writings, please start following @amysteryspot​ because from now on I will be using that blog as weel. I will not delete @myplaceofheavenorhell​ or @psycheswritings​ and I will still be using both for sometime, but I will be testing the waters with @amysteryspot​ and there's a possibility that soon this last one will be the only one I use. Who knows. Maybe it will turn out to be just a writing blog, haven't really decided yet. Let's see what happens. For the reader's of "Nothing's Fair In Love and War", don't worry, updates will still be posted on @psycheswritings​ until I finish the fic. But new works will probably be posted on @amysteryspot​. Thanks everyone of you for following me and my readers for bearing with me (and my wrong grammar and spelling), I hope I see you on the other side the other blog.

21) What would your boggart be?

This is a complicated question for me, and it has a sort of complicated answer.

The short answer is: I don’t know.The long answer is: I don’t know, because I think I finally defeated mine?

Without going into the full story because it’s long and complicated, I had not been on speaking terms with my biological father for just shy of ten years when he died four years ago. He was... Not a good man, to put it mildly.

I had nightmares about him for years both before and after he died, including a really fucked up one a few months ago that I still haven’t been able to talk about with anyone.

However, just over a week ago, I had a dream where I got into a knock-down, drag-out fist fight with him wherein I punched him so hard I broke my wrist and thereby won the fight.

Sure, it was a dream, except... I woke up shortly thereafter and let’s talk about the bruises???  And the marks on my wrist that look like someone had grabbed me??? It was way more involved than if I’d just hit the headboard with my knuckles.

Another thing is that I’m sort of... Sensitive? I don’t know all the words for it, but I have friends who’ve insisted that I must be a partial Empath because sometimes I just know things and it’s weird, but it’s sort of random and sometimes weird things happen to me.

And they happened to my mom.

And her mother.

I was telling my mom about the dream, and she’s convinced that I actually fought him, and there was a sense of relief when I woke up that morning and everything was said and done.

So, if you’d asked me this question a week and a half ago, I could’ve given you a definitive answer.

But now? I’m not sure, and I’m really okay with that.

“The tale of two heartbreaks” for the made-up fanfic titles thing (it sucks, I know, but I was never good at coming up with titles for anything)

The Tale of Two Heartbreaks (Super Angsty, not a Happily-Ever-After story).

It’s a story about two people who love one another, deeply, passionately, but who tremendously suck at communication.

Person A is planning a super special intimate vacation for the two of them as a surprise for Person B, and is obviously keeping it a secret. Person B discovers part of the secret but thinks it’s about something else entirely and ends up going into a rage, accusing Person A of being unfaithful on top of a whole bunch of other things.

Person A leaves, heartbroken, but leaves the full details of the plans behind for Person B to find the next day.

Realizing their mistake, Person B goes after Person A to try and make amends, but it’s their turn to be heartbroken when they’re minutes late from saving the love of their life from an accident.

F: Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.

Okay, so, full disclosure, this is actually from an RP that I wrote back in July. For background, my character (Harker) is getting married to the guy that she’s been with for five years (he goes by Devil). Our characters did their own vows instead of doing the traditional ones, and the following was Harker’s vow to Devil:

Harker had been debating for longer than she cared to admit on what she was going to say in this moment. These words mattered, and she didn’t want to get them wrong.

If she had prepared anything though, she’d forgotten them as she listened to her Devil speak - and there was no question in this moment who was speaking to her - and he wasn’t the only one with happy tears in his eyes by the time he was finished with what he’d said.

She took a deep breath and squeezed his hands, steadying herself as she leveled her usual adoring look at him and opened her mouth to speak.

“…I knew from the moment I met you that you were going to be important to me. You were trouble, but you were the best kind of trouble.”

Her grin turned cheeky for a second before it settled back into adoring.

“You say that you owe me your life, but honestly, I-I owe you mine, too. I never thought I’d find someone to love me, someone to spend my life with, and before you I-I was fine with that. I wasn’t afraid of the hard and dangerous jobs or the hard and dangerous people that came along with them.”

Her eyes dropped to their joined hands, and she shifted one hand slightly so she could brush her fingertips against his wrist.

“…but you made me reevaluate things and made me slow down a little bit. You make me savor the moments that matter and help me through the moments that maybe aren’t so good.”

Another brush of her fingers against his wrist.

“…I’m so in love with you that sometimes I have to remind myself to breathe when I’m with you, and if nothing else I say today matters, I want this to: I did, I do, and I always will choose you. Because you are my everything, and I will do anything to make sure you always know that.”

N: Is there a fic you wish someone else would write (or finish) for you?

You know? To be honest? I don’t think there is. I love writing so much and I can get super protective over my stories and ideas and I don’t think I’d be able to hand the reins over to someone else because I’d be afraid that they’d do something that didn’t line up with my original vision for the project, you know?
