Email contact for each pub
I am trying to decide the best way to extend my database schema for myPUBGUIDE.com and GhostPubs.com (both are due an extensive make-over in the forthcoming weeks).
Over the years, many publicans have contacted me. I think it time to associate their email addresses with myPUBGUIDE.com. I am trying to decide which membership model would be best. I am unsure whether to use the one that ships with ASP.Net because I already hold user account data in another database. At the same time, I think that a pub owner is meaningful at the contact level opposed to the authorised user (account) level. Also, publicans might never activate their accounts (some are lazy and that's why there are so many pub closures?). I am unsure at present where the best place to put the publican account would be.
