No filters here guys. This Covid booster kicked my ass, but my immune system is fighting back like a badass. I was up practically all night last night, I had chills, body aches, upset stomach, I couldn’t get comfortable for the life of me. I was also running a fever of 102, yikes! I finally decided to call out of work around 5am, even though I didn’t work until 4pm. But I didn’t want to take any chances. But, I am so thankful I won’t get full fledged Covid and even more thankful I’m able to get vaccinated. Because, some people are not so lucky. There are so many people in this world that cannot get vaccinated for health reasons, legitimate health reasons. Not because they don’t believe in vaccines or just don’t want too or are scared. But because they could die if they got vaccinated. This is why we need heard immunity, this is why if you are able to get vaccinated, please please do so. You are helping literally millions of people just by getting a little shot in your arm. If everyone who is able to get vaccinated, does get vaccinated we could end this pandemic for good. ——— On a more personal note, Logan and I stayed home all day today. We played, watched Alien TV and Night at the Museum, which he loved. His immune system is fighting back too, he just started running a fever of 100 this evening. But, other than this, we have no other side effects. No localized reaction.
