Today I let my broken-ness OUT! I cried through the last have of my workout. I was beaten down and just worn out from life. I wasn't even going to do this workout. Then I pushed play. I ate a good lunch. I breathed fresh air and did some positive things for my future...it's all about perspective and today's workout gave me that perspective. :) week one day one done! My goal this week is to not miss any days at all. And have to double up days.
