Léo Laporte-Blairsy for Daum Nancy - Lamp, 1900
Figural lamp has bronze base of young girl holding a Japanese lantern and staring down into the lantern. The bronze figure is finished in a gold patina and signed on the side of the foot “Leo Laporte-Blairsy”. The Japanese lantern is glass with cameo fish on the side as well as an oval plaque with Japanese writing. The glass lantern shades from frosted clear to frosted cranberry and has bronze mounts at the top and bottom.
