Oh. That… that wasn’t good. Glancing up through tunnel vision to the vampire now kneeling over her after disposing of the baddie, Dawn flopped her wrist in his direction. “I don’t think it’s supposed to bend that way, Spike.” She muttered before her vision closed in and she fainted.
“No, not it’s...” Spike moved quickly and caught her wrist, trying to keep her from doing more damage and managed to keep Dawn from hitting the ground as she passed out. “...Not. Oh, nibblet, why’d you let them take a bite out of you?”
He lifted Dawn up into his arms and took her to a nearby crypt to keep her out of sight of the demon she’d been fighting, and rested her head in his lap. He tore the bottom of his button down shirt to try and wrap a splint around her wrist.
