What's is it all about ? We are always beating ourselves up over being in a bad mood or how we feel about our bodies. I was in the shower today and following a month of a vaguely disappointed feeling I had two thoughts: 1. This is the only Saturday the 30th of April 2016 I get! Maybe I shouldn't spend it complaining about eating the same lunch everyday and 2. This is the only body I will get this time around! Maybe I shouldn't keep telling it what's wrong with it and see how high I can jump.
