About yesterday morning…. The #refugecoffeerun was awesome! So proud of my family and friends for supporting such an awesome cause. #allrefugeeswelcome - periodt! Everyone deserves freedom, food, safety, education, and shelter. There is more then enough for everyone if we have the mindset of unity. #iambecauseweare #ubuntu Special love to @alaricjasonwatkins for running his first 5k and then turning around and running a 1 mile!!! @asilialozellewatkins whom didn’t want to come at all - but grabbed @wmt1914 hand and ran all the way! @wmt1914 for always supporting me and my whims! I love you, baby! @tjterry21 for running through a cramp in his calves, but still finishing! @kristiea123 for walking with me when I couldn’t run and patiently talking with me through my heavy panting! @phylicia2021 for coming out even though we drank wine the night before.
