new month new spreadsheet except it's same as the old spreadsheet except i did some new stuff with columns. 6.1k written this month and NONE of that was third-fic-column (notes/errata) activity. color-coded days that exceeded stretch targets for words written (200+) and month avg to date (180+). compared to april:
only 4 days with 0 words, even though there's a copule <10
ended just shy of 200 words/day, compared to 167 in month prior
basically no days with multiple fics written on
triple digit days all a above 250
of course a lot of the total/avg are thrown by the day i write 1450 words to finish know me better, which is fine; even if that were a goose egg i would still have a respectable ~150wpd. overall i think the lesssons learned are: dedicating larger chunks of time in the evenings to writing and knowing that 100 words isn't really that much anymore + giving myself grace to do just a dozen here or there on days i'm really suffering + going to bed instead of forcing it if i am out late and not feeling bad = a pretty damn good & consistent month, relatively speaking.
