As you celebrate pride month, I hope your pride extends to lgbtqa+ individuals in Israel and the Jewish community as a whole.

Celebrate them, defend them, and protect them the way you do every other member of the beautiful lgbtqa+ community of the world.

Educate yourself, unlearn your hate, and stop treating them the way conservatives treat us.

if you actually cared about palestinians, if you actually wanted to help people in gaza, you would donate to accredited organizations that are actually making a difference

throwing your money at every gofundme you get sent is performative, it's ignorant, it's a real 'head empty' move. something a child with no internet knowledge or common sense would do.

and to continue to defend doing that just shows that you don't actually care about helping people in gaza. you just don't want to be wrong. you don't want to admit that maybe you've been wasting your own money and the money of those who follow you and follow the links you share

you can't vet gofundme's. 'reverse image search' isn't actually vetting. and you can't trust every person on tumblr who says 'trust me!'

i can't believe any of this actually has to be pointed out in the first place, let alone driven home repeatedly because y'all refuse to even CONSIDER you JUST MIGHT be wrong. that you just might have fallen for propaganda and lies designed to hit your desire to do right, do good, and help (falling for those things btw is common. it's easy. you're not bad for getting caught up in it, but i am judging you if you refuse to consider that might be where you are.) (this actually applies to gofundme scams AND whatever heinous antisemitic alternate universe you're living in due to the non-facts you eat for every meal)

i can't be. i'm not jewish. (the jews i've interacted with do not seem to be as against the label 'zionist' being used by non-jewish folks as initially thought. so while i'm still not jewish, "zionist" is not an incorrect label actually. okay. update over. good talk.)

i am pro-peace, pro-two state solution, pro jewish self determination, pro palestine's continued existence, anti-ANYONE dying, and beyond fucking tired of y'all's bullshit

tbh not being able to support both jews and palestinians at the same time is a major skill issue

its literally so easy

you just support them. both.

no fighting, no violence, no insults, no bullying, no debating the worth of a human life based on where they're from

definitely no dehumanizing. no - not even the people you hate. they're still people

and while your time is all freed up from not doing those things, you can now fix your skill issue by doing things that actually benefit literally anyone other than yourself

speaking up against antisemitism, believing jewish people should be able to keep their homeland, believing palestinians should also be able to keep their land, pray for the remaining hostages to be returned safely, pray for a palestine free from hamas and speak on the importance of that freedom, do research with real sources, ask jewish people genuine questions and be willing to hear the answers, be willing to accept that you were wrong at some point and put effort into being better, listen to what the palestinians in palestine have to say about their experiences, don't assume you know more than people currently living in the affected countries, listen to the stories from the hostages who were released and believe them, donate to / share links to actual verified charities and organizations that help people on both sides-

just to name a couple of things you can do to be a good person, a good ally, a real activist, etc. (if i'm missing any, feel free to reblog with any additions)

i know for a lot of you you're too antisemitic to care, you love hating jews too much to actually want better for palestine, but for those of you who genuinely give a fuck?? skill issues don't have to be permanent
