The NAATP Supports Addiction Treatment Providers

The president of MedPro Billing, Melissa Zachariasz offers quality methods for medical practices to gain insurance reimbursement. Focusing the company’s operations primarily on facilities providing mental health and substance abuse services, Melissa Zachariasz maintains membership at several related organizations, including the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. Since 1978, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) has extended training, advocacy, and overall support to addiction treatment providers. The Association represents more than 250 providers, both nonprofit and for-profit, in an effort to maintain the availability of high-quality addiction treatment.  The NAATP maintains several goals in its attempt to furnish quality addiction treatment opportunities to the public. Along with its interest in standards of care, the NAATP works to promote quality treatment for drug and alcohol problems as a component of health care systems and serves as a reputable information source for issues related to addiction. As an advocate both for the field and for individuals with addictive disorders, the NAATP works with state and national entities to maintain quality addiction services. Members of the NAATP are expected to take responsibility for the services they provide and work with the Association to reach its goals.
