Stupid late co-workers...
Why is it that if I (who has worked here for 1.5 years) is late to work by 1 minutes I get chastised...but the new employee who has worked here for 1.5 months and is consistently 15 minutes to 1 hour late EVERY shift she works doesn’t get in trouble???
Fellow Opera users...
My management team just put me in charge of training the new hires on all things Opera.
This means I have to work from 11-7, go home for three hours, and come back and train from 10-3 every Monday (which is my day off).
Does anyone have any training sheets or checklists that their property uses to ensure everything is being taught? I would be super grateful!
