chapter 1: it’s beginning to look a lot like christmas

Nicholas Scratch would never call himself a hopeless romantic, but after the death of his parents he’s longing to find a connection to them again. He heads to the inn where they supposedly first met, intent on seeing the place they had always deemed the most magical on earth.

When he literally collides into the inn’s new owner, Sabrina Spellman, sparks fly and Nick just might have found more than a handful of memories. Could it be that he’s found a place he might finally belong? Or will his past finally come back to bite him?

Nabrinafest Day 7

It’s been a long, hard journey and there are a number of lovely people in this fandom. Shout out love to those who’s works you adore, who you’ve gotten to know or would even like to know. Talk about the experiences you’ve had in the fandom and round out an amazing week!

Not gonna lie I do spend most of my time on the twitter side of the nabrina fandom and I appreciate all of them and I love them but I’d like to actually like to thank the tumblr part of the fandom the most. When we got the news that the show would be ending I was crushed cause I was like well everyone will be leaving soon and sure some did but all the people who’s writings and gifs and random posts I enjoy the most stayed and I’m grateful for that because the nabrina fandom would truly be nothing without you guys. Nabrina and caos in general mean a lot to me so I’m happy that even almost one year later you guys are still here.

It’s always been a sort of tradition for me and my friends on twitter to read nabrina fics together as they drop, we’ve spent so many countless nights catching up on fics, discussing what we think will happen next, what we love the most about it and the fact that we can still do that now almost a year later is great and we’re all thankful for the writers who have kept going, your stories mean everything to us and have even made a lot of friendships. So thank you @sarahwyland @thoughtsaboutshows @bunivys @willowaus @unseemingowl @misskath90 @shotgunkitten and any other fic writers, you guys are the best and thank you for continuing writing 💕

And to @thetvmoviefan @sabrinspellman @sabrinas-morningstar @lala-in-the-impala all of you have also been some of my favorite people I’ve encountered in the nabrina and caos fandom in general, thank you for the countless gifs and discussion posts it’s been fun and I’m grateful for you guys as well.

NOW THIS HAS BEEN SUPER SAPPY AND IM SORRY but the nabrina fandom is by far the best fandom I’ve ever been in and every person here or on Twitter or on Instagram really make the fandom the best and I love you guys, forever and ever 💕

I haven't done any of the questions yet but wanted to do at least a few this week as I struggle to finish the christmas fic I'm working on!!

What is your favorite Nabrina moment from part four?

I think part 4 had some really great nabrina moments and given how much of a mess the storyline was, and the god awful ending, the nabrina parts, to me, are the only reason worth re-watching. I really loved their scenes in the last episode. I don't care what anyone says about nabrina necklace scene being a rip off the original habrina scene -- to me it felt like a pretty good circle back to her 16th while also drawing on the fact that she is a different version of herself at 17, having gone through all of the trials and tribulations she had in literally just a year, but showing still that she is still a teenager capable of falling in love and doing teenager things like running carelessly through the yard at midnight with her boyfriend. Also the scene before that when they're all tucked away watching their movie. Both of them were so happy and carefree at that moment. They should have gotten more of that.

How would you have liked part four to end?

Not the way it did lmao. Maybe less suicide and also I wouldn't have been mad if they had just included the Zelda scene outright. It still seems like a fitting way to end the show even with it never coming back. An open-ended ending would have felt a lot better than what we got.

If you’ve seen Sabrina crossing over on Riverdale, what did you think of her part?

Not nearly long enough lol, but seeing her older and wiser is really satisfying after the way part 4 ended. I would love the series to pick right back up with an older, very much alive, Sabrina. And Nick too.
