We went to Nacho Daddy for lunch today, on a daring attempt to do something outside the house. It was too loud, and I think the last time I heard the Spin Doctors’ Two Princes was the last time, pre-COVID, that we ate here. But the food was good and I was able to eat most of my nachos. There is no better way for me to start off my Monday than with a Daddy’s Favorite Cocktail from Nacho Daddy! My new favorite is the Mexican Candy Margarita. Casamigos Blanco, mango schnapps & mango puree, fresh jalapenos, house-made sweet & sour, tapatio with a Mexican seasoned rim. I’m in heaven just thinking about this wonderfully constructed drink 🍹. Give it a try if you don’t believe me. I usually pair it with The Vegan Triple Dip, The Vegan Loaded Nacho or The Vegan Flamin Chick’n Fajitas. I am intrigued by the Vegan Chick’n Chimichanga though 🤔. I might have to try it next time. No worries carnivores. There are plenty of choices for you on the menu as well. Everyone is welcome here.
