the power keeps going out from this thunderstorm so I'm gonna make some hc's for the paladin's
• Lance pull's out all the board games and ask's if anyone wants to play UNO (which he's the king of)
• Pidge says no bc they're low key freaking out without any power to connect all their tech (same). so they're just in the corner trying to update rover full well knowing that it’s not gonna work.
•Coran and hunk would agree to play, but coran would be really confused during the game because apparently UNO is something different on altea. Then he would go on a big rant about how he used to play this with Princess Allura when she a Was little
. • Allura heard UNO and gets really excited but then a little bumbed when she finds out its something different on earth. but she still plays, intrigued. about an hour later she wins 3 rounds of the game and Lance is in absolute defeat. Hunk is with Lance in the corner trying to comfort him because y'know thiS IS HIS GAME and he 'just lost to a noob'.
• Shiro, being space dad™ notices lance's mood and his father instincts kick in. He asks if he can join and play for Lance. he starts winning and that makes Allura more competitive. Shiro forgets about playing for Lance and does it to take Allura d o w n. Allura's gotten draw 4 at least 3 times in a row now and shiro is extremely close to winning.
• but everyone forgets that hunk exists and he's not just comforting Lance he's actually playing. He destroys the game and puts shiro and Allura to shame, he wins gloriously and Lance jumps out of his funk and screams "YEAAAAAAH GO HUNK". Shiro says things like "何か それ⁉︎" and goes through the whole deck to make sure there wasn't any mistakes, Allura helps him out but they realize they were defeated fair and square. pidge is doing the cash money move and throwing all the cards at hunk while hunk is in a Wonder Woman pose with shades on.
•Keith is in the corner sitting on a beanie bag reading some book (probably 50 shades of grey ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) that kinky lil boi) but he's also watching this insanity unfold.
