Old Cartoon AU: Makoto is helping out at Taka’s detective agency when a girl comes in to ask for their help looking for her lost pet. Unfortunately this is Junko, who kidnaps the both of them (just so Taka can’t tell anyone) and plots to feed them to her man eating bears. Unfortunately, Taka and Makoto both have learned from their past experience and to be safe, left a bread crumb trail so they could be found. So Kyoko, Mukuro, and a ticked off Mondo who was gonna give Taka a gift come together to save their boyfriends.
Will they rescued their lovely lads or will Junko make them disappear? Tune in and found out in,”Hardly Working Hard”
i would not like to be on the other side of mondo's rage
Makoto wasn’t all too surprised that Junko showed up, though Taka definitely was. The most surprising part was that she took both of them, since Makoto was used to being her only hostage.
Of course, who would they be if they didn’t leave a trail for their partners? Mondo was already looking for Taka, and ran into Kyoko and Mukuro already spotting the trail left behind.
And oh, he was furious. Mukuro could work with his anger a bit better than Kyoko could, but the three of them would be able to take on anything Junko had waiting for them.
Taka was more wary of Junko’s bears than Makoto was, but likely only because Makoto was, again, used to being Junko’s hostage. He had full faith that their partners would be there before any harm came to them.
Naturally, he was right. Mondo acted as a great distraction, since Junko wasn’t as used to his fury, while Mukuro and Kyoko untied Makoto and Taka. As always, everything would be alright in the end.
I’m curious but how would you write a Naegirsaba? Can be Sexually, romantically or both.
Good question. It's true that I never wrote this polyship, so it's an interesting one.
Romantically, I think there would be a lot of adaptation needed for Kyoko and Mukuro. Their trope would be enemies to lovers, with Makoto being the catalyst for their feelings. As for Makoto and the two girls, their dynamics are already well-established in both canon and fics, so I don't think I need to elaborate more.
Sexually, Makoto's a sub - and I'm thinking Mukuro is, too? Meanwhile, Kyoko's more of a dom, so I assume she's the one to take the lead. There would probably be times when they'd team up on him and make him the center of attention.
I’d like to believe that if Kyoko wanted to kiss Makoto because of a Hope speech she wants to kiss him and tries...only for Mukuro to steal said kiss which shocks Makoto and Kyoko. Angry, the detective claims that was her kiss and the soldier replies with she couldn’t help it. Kyoko decides to steal the kiss by planting her lips on Mukuro. Makoto seeS where this is going and leaves his partners to be alone but they just grab him and bring him into the session.
hooooo boy this be a SPICY ask
while naegi is most often just an adorable, fluffy ball of sunshine that kirigiri and ikusaba must protect(tm), there are times where he will get super passionate about something and he’ll just start... yelling. especially if he’s arguing with someone. he’ll slam his hands on tables, point fingers, and cut people off in the middle of their sentences. it’s sometimes hilarious cause his voice will crack all over the place, but it’s also... kinda hot, if kiri and ikusaba are being honest with themselves.
the same thing applies to whenever he makes his hope speeches. he gets super into it, with his voice loud and clear (except for the cracks), standing up taller - sometimes on chairs, even a table once - and just generally being an unstoppable positive force. he gets super, super fired up, and he has this huge determined grin that you can’t look away from. he takes up all the space in the room, despite being 5’3. and while kirisaba may not find this hot, per se, they do find it attractive - but moreso, they find it admirable. it’s one of their favorite things about him.
it’s after one of these hope speeches - in the privacy of their home, after something depressing had come on the news - that kirigiri decides she wants to show naegi just how much she appreciates (and loves) his hopeful side. so she grabs him by the arm, closes her eyes, and leans in for a kiss. but before their lips can meet, she feels him pulled out of her grasp, and looks up to see ikusaba stealing the kiss from right under her nose. when they break apart, ikusaba flashes a subtle smirk at kirigiri, relishing in her victory. but kiri isn’t gonna let her get away that easily.
with an expression that mirrors ikusaba’s, she grabs the soldier’s shirt collar and pulls her in, taking the kiss from naegi right back from her. ikusaba is surprised, but overall not complaining as she reciprocates it, and it gets a little more intense than its original purpose as revenge intended it to get. naegi just chuckles, and gets up to leave them some space, but kirigiri - without looking up - reaches out and yanks naegi right back to them.
interpret that ending however you wish ;)

Old Cartoon AU: Makoto agrees to be Chiaki’s partner in a gaming competition. However, the second to last challenger is revealed to be Junko, who abducts Makoto with a Bowser like costume on and hangs him in a cage over a pit of lava (and in a princess dress). Coming to support him, Kyoko and Mukuro go to rescue their lovely lad once more (though in the uniforms of the plumber brothers). They have to go through a Super Mario-like level to save him. Will the Super gals save Makoto or will their prince be in another castle? See in the latest episode,”Power Out!”
hehehe
As soon as Junko was revealed to be the next challenger, Makoto had a bad feeling about the type of shenanigans she was getting up to with him. Especially with that costume…
Well, he was glad Kyoko and Mukuro were already at the venue, though he was sure they were now regretting the costumes he convinced them to wear alongside his own.
True enough, it was a bit humiliating, but Mukuro especially was glad that the costumes were easy to move in, as she and Kyoko had to work together to get through a video game sort of dungeon to get to their boyfriend.
Honestly, Junko wasn’t even that mad when they showed up, because seeing them in those outfits was funny enough. She was sure that alone caused them some despair.
Whatever. They could have Makoto back, for now, but Junko wouldn’t pretend she didn’t notice Kyoko’s slight reaction to the flames and the lava that she’d used…
Old Cartoon AU: Kyoko is investigating a break in but nothing got stolen. A card on the ground leads her to Mondo, who simply just wanted her attention for advice on how to protect Taka from kidnappings, especially with how close of a call some have been and Junko almost doing him up. Mukuro is revealed to have also gotten the card and the three just go about discussing how to best protect their lovely lads while said lads are chatting casually about how sweet their heroic beloveds are. And when Junko is around the corner, it’s a perfect time to test out their advice
Tune in to how this plays out in,”A Friendly Chat”
love this for them
Mondo sure knew how to get people’s attention. He just wanted to talk to Kyoko and Mukuro, since they had experience with protecting Makoto from Junko and her…everything.
The girls could tell that he just wanted to keep Taka safe, so Kyoko was willing to overlook the break-in- for the most part. Mondo still got a bit of a lecture about that.
Meanwhile, Taka and Makoto chatted a bit more. Makoto had a couple tips of his own- getting Junko to talk longer, so that Kyoko and Mukuro would have a bit more time if they needed it.
Well, Junko just happened to be nearby, and why not snatch both boys at once? Taka felt the tiniest bit at ease knowing what Makoto had confided in him; plus, he was sure their partners would be there soon.
And, of course, they were. Now that Mondo had some insider tips, he was more ready than ever to face Junko. This time, he even got there before she could pull out any death traps.
Old Cartoon AU: Junko discovers a forgone cave and kidnaps Makoto as a method to get rid of him for good. Naturally, Mukuro and Kyoko, armed with many a mirror and sword, have to go save him before Junko makes a statue out of poor Makoto. Will the dynamic duo save their lucky boy or will Makoto be a museum piece? What will happen in this exciting new episode,”Stone out of Luck”?
rip makoto lmao
It wasn’t Makoto’s first time being taken by Junko, but he really didn’t want to be turned into a statue! As soon as he put together that part of her plan, he kept his eyes squeezed shut.
Kyoko had heard unconfirmed rumors about that cave. She and Mukuro would need to be stealthy- and they needed mirrors. Once that was covered, Mukuro could take care of the offense.
There was no telling where the monster would be, so the two girls had to proceed with extreme caution. Hopefully, Makoto was being quiet, too, to avoid being detected for the same reason.
With their combined skills, Kyoko and Mukuro were able to get to Makoto relatively quickly, but they still had to get out without being spotted and turned into statues themselves.
They were lucky, really. That, or the rumor was still fully unconfirmed, and Junko made her plan on the assumption that it was fact. Either way, Makoto was happy to be back with his girlfriends.
