How fo you interpet the tea scene? It's such a weird scene. It doesn't actually make much sense but people seem to mainly interpret it as something planned. Which it just can't be. Everyone knowing that she's from a low social class cannot be what she wanted. Why doesn't she call it royal milk tea? She just says milk tea is that a translation issue?? (As a side note, normal milk tea is honestly pretty gross in japan. I think it's the milk? Its so watery.) But the thing that strikes me as the most odd is that she doesn't leave. It honestly feels very strange to me that she doesn't leave. She just sits there and continues to sit there until Hifumi makes her tea. Is she just like frozen in embarrassment???

that is a good question, i would say there are multiple factors here to consider

on the royal milk tea/milk tea thing: I looked up the official and fan translations, in the official one, she never calls it royal milk tea, but in the fan translation she does, but only at the end of her whole rant about it, not when she asks for it.

also, we know that when she gets mad she does break character. we know this because even though being angry about being served subpar tea would fit her Celestia persona, the "you little bitch!" line they use is crucially, missing her fake accent

I think what the real question is, is why did she break character if this is something that wouldn’t be odd for Celestia to be angry about?

I think there are a couple of options:

option 1: you could say she breaks character because she angry that she forgot that milk tea doesn’t automatically mean royal milk tea, so she's angry more at Taeko for making a mistake and trying to cover for it

option 2 (more likely in my opinion): She was already stressed and having trouble keeping her persona up and getting the wrong tea was the last straw. she seems drawn to things she likes for comfort, and royal milk tea is also acceptable for her Celestia persona to want, so it makes sense that she would seek that out, and ordering Hifumi around is a good way to make her look intimidating to the others

either way, i think she stays because she’s kind of already in too deep. she just kind of awkwardly laughs after and doesn’t say anything so i think she's just trying to save face by playing it off as if she's just angry about being given something that's beneath her. also if she leaves she doesn’t get her tea. i say this as a joke but i think in drs and/or the v3 bounus events she willingly interacts with teru teru for gyoza and milk tea so desperation I guess?
