Detail 1: She finds riding her motorcycle as a way to deal with (or rather, repress) the negative emotions she doesnt know how to express, and would be shunned by people around her for expressing. One day, she came across The Crazy Diamonds and accidentally interfered with their street race, but instead of being chased away, Mondo Owada took interest in her technique and invited her to race with him. This created a mutual respect and friendship between them, and grew when Mondo eventually joined her in Hopes Peak.
Detail 2: Her and Makoto met one evening when he barged into her salon during the pouring rain, after being attacked by reserve course students. She allowed him to stay and offered to dry his clothes for him, giving him one of her spare hoodies and jeans. Makoto realized the rain was too harsh for him to walk home, so he accepted Tsumikas offer to stay and hang out. As they realized how much they enjoyed each others company, they made it a frequent event, which eventually lead to the 2 catching feelings for one another. Tsumika often jokes that Makoto is so basic that he caused them to have one of the most cliche first-meets of all time.
Detail 3: As a remnant of despair, she worked heavily with Kazuichi. Since she specialized in chemicals, the 2 of them collaborated to make chemical weapons to spread despair, now the 2 didnt necessarily like each other, and their dynamic was very similar to shadybug and clawnoir
Detail 4: The reason she was so drawn to Peko in the killing game was because of how strong and composed she was, unlike Tsumika who often let her emotions control her in a destructive way. But instead of feeling jealousy, felt admiration, and decided to befriend Peko when most of the other students were scared of her. Tsumika's presence allowed Peko to start to try and learn who she really was and she even started feeling less like a tool and more like a teenage girl. Hajime often found the 2 hanging out together, and Tsumika even gave Peko a makeover to help her find her style. Though when the confrontation with Mahiru and Fuyuhiko happened, her love for him overpowered her small spark of self-love. During the final trial, Tsumika remained calm and composed, just like Peko had taught her, but when Peko gifted her the sparkling justice mask as a final goodbye and apology, she completely broke down.
Detail 5: In chapter 3, Mikan used one of Tsumika's flat irons to create a burn mark on Ibuki's palm, directing some of the evidence towards her. In the trial. Once the verdict was reached, Tsumika pleads to know why Mikan would do that after all the kindness she had shown her, and Mikan tells her she did it because she liked her so much she wanted her to feel the glory of despair alongside her.
