Cykelmageren at NAHBS 2014 Of all the interesting and lovely bikes at this years North American Handbuilt Bicycle show in Charlotte, this one really caught my eye. Built by Danish builders Cykelmageren, this bicycle is a well-executed example of simplicity, innovation creativity and beauty. The wire brakes, while perhaps not incredibly comfortable, are elegantly simplistic, while the downtube shifter is unlike you'll find on any modern bicycles and is a throwback to a simpler and more rudimentary period.
