one for good measure ✿ jonah
tori: the night starts as any other, she comes flouncing in alongside jonah with her lavender bandage dress and a tousled head of hair spilling down her back in a way that implies she hadn't put much effort into it. lights low and music blaring she does her rounds, greeting a few different familiar faces from toronto's private school circuit and ignoring the disapproving once overs many of them give as she introduces her friend and they realize he's not a part of their elite little circle. but now, at this point in the night, most of them have settled into their makeout spots or are too busy doing lines in the bathroom, paying no heed to who belongs where. she's ditched her chunky heels for bare feet, and is inching on her sixth shot of tanqueray in the span of an hour, something she'd possibly regret come morning, but tori was hardly ever one to think ahead. especially when she was in her element. "hey, look what iii got" she says to jonah in a sing songy voice, a joint rolled in gold paper shining between her thumb and her index finger. one thing she liked about hanging out with jonah was that he could go just as long as she could, and there was never any talk about needing to slow down or call it a night. "come on, let's go on the deck. i don't wanna share"
