Same. I'm super torn because like Kristina said, it feels really gross to engage rn but also I feel like jily and the actual hp fandom are so separate, it's hard for my brain to like, connect the two things, do you know what I mean? I've always turned to jily as something that connects me to my friends and makes me feel better when things aren't so great and so it's a really shitty situation.

yep that’s exactly how i feel tbh like jily especially has always felt so separate from it because we know pretty much nothing about them from the text material

I feel this. I was torn whether to post the fic I wrote before her latest nonsense because it feels a little gross to engage in the fandom

yeah like over the past few years i was able to subscribe to the whole ‘death of the author’ thing but now i don’t think it works anymore (at least for me) which sucks because i really do like writing for them

Never never? Like actually never any snow? You’re so lucky, I hate the cold. I’m not even that far north but we usually get our first snowfall in October and the last snowstorm happens in April most years. But we’ve had years where it got up to 20C in March and then bam! snowstorm the next week. 

i mean i went to canada for 4 days for a wedding back in december 2016 but it only started snowing the second day there and everything was cold and terrible because i’m accustomed to temps 25C and up and the warmest it was was 0C. also what do you mean until APRIL????
