War criminal Tzipi Livni visited London yesterday to attend a Jewish National Fund event.
I think London gave her the welcome she deserved.
Firstly, lawyers attempted to get her arrested for 'suspected war crimes' due to her involvement in the 2008-9 bombing of Gaza – which was only thwarted when the British government outrageously granted her diplomatic immunity because David Cameron likes her, despite its legal obligations under international law to pursue war criminals.
Secondly, Jews for Justice for Palestinians published a public letter condemning Livni for not doing more about Israel's gross treatment of Palestinian child prisoners.
Thirdly, people turned up on the streets to show their rage. I think "there are many many more of us than you" is a fair assessment of numbers on the ground, as the photos show.
London, you do us proud.
