Many of you have asked what is going on with me. Some of you have bought into rumors. This morning I am here to set the record straight. I create my rubs and sauces by hand with great pride, a spirit of excellence, and have not followed a recipe -- ever -- my entire career. I go by gut instinct. Raw intuition. What my creative tastes and feel sense is going to produce the greatest mind bending experience in that time and space for my guests.
