this has been a long time coming but here are doodles for @dragon-con-artist and @thenyaner6000!! both of you are outstandingly kind to me in so many ways and i just wanted to try to repay you for that :’0 plus i have wanted to draw your trolls for a long while... thank you so so much for being so nice and supportive and amazing!!!

This is my home.  Northern Ontario.  A primal, mysterious and magical land of maternal beauty.  An ancient feminine spirit can be felt in these parts.  Her wrath can be witnessed in the rise and fall of Lake Superior’s frothing white mountains.  Her kindness, when she weaves herself a blanket of dancing white stars on a cloudless summers day.  It’s a place where artists come to soak in her spirit and attempt to capture the essence of this ancient force.

It’s the place where Anishnaabe folklore claims the gods split Turtle Island and created all forms of life.  It’s the place where The Anishnaabe have suffered in silence for generations at the hands of the Canadian government.  It’s a place where people are dying everyday due to extreme racism.  It’s a place where the first peoples are now reclaiming their ancient ways.  It’s a place where a cultural war is beginning.  It’s a place that will be home to momentous spiritual shift that will change the way Canadian society operates. 

The North has rested for a long time but she’s giving her children the strength to rise again.  She’s ready to put up a fight.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything fantroll related, but I’m back! And I have decided to revamp some of my old trolls, so may I introduce to you all the new Nakina Taoshi! I hope you all enjoy her as much as I do.

Nakina is now an adult, at a whopping 14 Sweeps! She lives her life on and off as a HemoAnon, but still carries her old values against Hemophobia. Her Hive has moved, from an iceberg adrift to a happy little cottage somewhere in the Alternian woods. She works at a Lowblood library, and loves to read up on old history books she finds. She’s very fond of the young trolls who come to the library, and is always happy to help if you need help finding a book. She still pertains her motherly and warm personality, as well as her feisty and adventurous nature!

My drawing program crashed as I was just about done with Nakina’s new sprite. It seems to do this everytime I try and draw her. This is the only feasible drawing I was able to save from it. I am so fucking mad.
