TBH the anonymity is most probably caused by the intensely toxic culture on Tumblr towards people who ask potentially "stupid" and rude questions. I'd like to specify I am not the anon, nor do I know them. Just throwing my two cents in on the matter of anonymity. Might also be they're just trying to rattle you.

Yes, I am very aware of the way people “converse and debate” here and I’m not fond of it at all. Lashing out, attacking and insulting each other doesn’t really help much. And I’m not gonna pretend I wasn’t prone to lashing out myself a couple years back. Now I’d just like to avoid it, because I feel it doesn’t solve anything. So if anyone wants to question my actions, then go ahead but let’s do it calmly and in a civil way alright?

Buying a new sketchbook is some really good medicine for pretty much everything. I hope you're feeling better today as well!

I know this doesn't help but I've been there. I just read cuddly fanfics and watched silly youtube videos. At one point these nights just faded away, and I'm sorry I can't tell you how that happened. I don't know. But I hope it'll happen to you too.

Thank you and those ways do feel helpful. I've tried listening to calming music and so on but I might need a little more activity so that the feeling of exhaustion kicks in and forces my body to sleep? Idk I might try watching cute cat videos the next time. I have these seasons on and off and I'm positive I'll get over this uwu But sometimes it's just very frustrating
