Nalara took dance lessons as a child. Her father enrolled her in them when he and his wife despaired of their clumsy girl ever being coordinated enough not to shoot off her own foot.
Sarvis also had to take dance lessons as a child. Her mother insisted that all her children learn the basics of standard ballroom dancing. Sarvis hated every second of it (but after she learned that her brother had mastered this skill, she was determined not to give up).
