Nalihhidroth floats above Masser. In its unarmed state, it appears an inch above the lunar surface, unmoving, and offering entrances to the city above from the ground. In its armed state, it hovers far, far away from the surface, its central spire the Pallid Palace aimed at its target. In this state the crystal city is on lockdown; no one may enter nor leave any building on it save for the weapons mer who are going to and from the weapon parts.

Nalihhidroth lore snips
Most of Nalihhidroth's inhabitants are Altmer, or of Altmeri descent.
Many of the "pure" Altmer come from Thalmor monitored bloodlines and still uphold a few traditions from the Thalmor.
Dunmer, or those of Dunmeri descent, are commonly seen by the pure Altmer as food for the local fauna.
A common female fashion you'll see is something like this.
The Sload are in Nalihhidroth, albeit in very very small numbers and they are controlled by the most powerful families.
Common cuisine in Nalihhidroth involves local flora, which includes things like luminous mushrooms, things coming from tibrol trees, and fruits they import from Nirn and/or grow in hydroponics.
Nalihhidroth has many sights for tourists, among them is the old Thalmor base from the days they were a moon military outpost.
Transport to and from Nalihhidroth is done via Sunbirds.
