One of the many reasons why I'm really excited about the Sailor Moon reboot is that, if they really stay true to the manga, a lot of people will rediscover/discover Mamo-chan and appreciate him.

I really didn't like him while watching the original anime because I felt he was really plain, but I just love him so much in the manga ?? Naoko Takeuchi main characters are all well written and they all have their purpose in the story. I think Mamo-chan's character was a bit lost in the original anime..

why is it that your jjba pixiv artist list contains art from non pixiv members? there are many artist here on tumblr who are in the jjba fandom and you only add a few non pixiv artist to the list

The title of the list states “pixiv/drawr/etc”

At first, my purpose was to list only artists with 1. a pixiv/drawr/tegaki/deviA/twitter account and 2.a tumblr account (be it a personal blog, an inspo blog or an art blog) and 3.that might not appear in the “jjba” tag because they don’t blog in English.

It was to prevent reposts of these persons’ art only. Let me tell you, I checked every artists’ pixiv, tumblr, drawr, personal site, twitter and what else to go on each link to be sure they corresponded the the above criteria.

Then from these artists’ blog, I got to find some other artists I didn’t know, who didn’t blog in English and whose pixiv/etc account I didn’t know. I decided to add them anyways so if they have several accounts, the problem is solved. So yep, there are some people who maybe don’t have a pixiv account but I added them for people to get to know them.

Now, there are some artists I had to add afterwards. Some tumblr artists whose pixiv/drawr/tegaki/twit/devA/etc account is secondary BECAUSE I saw their art reposted !

Now if people want a list of EVERY jjba artist it’s totally a different matter. If what’s bothering you is why are some tumblr artists listed there and not every one of them, it’s because these persons have several accounts. It’s to prevent reposts.

While adding some tumblr artists I wondered if it wasn’t unfair not to list everyone but it wasn’t the purpose of the list.

Making this list wasn’t easy but I’m pretty glad it exists. If you’re willing to make your own list with every jjba artists on tumblr, sure, go ! It’s a very good idea. Just know it wasn’t my attention to promote only a few tumblr artists, not at all.
