DNI ANTIS.
nancemike scenario
Feb. 10, 1983
Mike overheard his friends chatting about Valentines day and kisses. He'd never kissed anyone before. Everyone was raving about sharing their first kisses at the playground, so naturally, as a curious young boy, he'd ask the recurring older figure in his life whom he trusted.
Nancy.
Mike knocked on Nancy's door, "Nance?" His voice echoed throughout the hallway. The smell of coffee was strong, Ted's snoring from the couch downstairs was stronger.
"Come in," Nancy allowed.
Mike set his fingers on the doorknob, and opened the door. The bright room, opposite of his own, was always a wonder to Mike. He wondered why it was so appealing to Nancy. Whatever.
He closed the door behind him, and approached Nancy. He sat next to her where she was sitting on the bed, whilst she scooted her belongings and paper assignments away from them.
"What'd you need, Mike?" Nancy faced Mike now. They were so close. Mike could smell Nancy, she smelled of fresh laundry and a slight lavender scent.
Mike hesitated for a moment.
"How do kisses work?" He finally let out. Mike fiddled with his hands, looking down at his lap now. "My friends kept talking about it."
Nancy let out a chuckle. Mike couldn't decipher whether or not it was in a condescending way. "Well," Nancy begun, tucking her silky brown hair behind her ear.
She settled her slender, soft fingers on top of Mike's, stopping his fidgeting.
"When two people like each other very much, they kiss. It's like, two mouths, meeting. It's a sign of affection," She explained, her hands distracting Mike from feeling nervous, and her tone soothing his ears. "Like, when Mom and Dad kiss, they do it for a second. That's a peck. When you're older, you might do kisses way differently," Nancy grinned.
Mike nodded, taking in the information.
"How does it feel?"
Nancy looked at Mike. "It feels really nice. If the person's a good kisser."
Mike paused, looking up at Nancy now. "Can you kiss me?"
Nancy's breath hitched, her mouth agape. Mike's soft face, his wide eyes and his red lips alluring in a way that made Nancy's stomach churn and head hurt. She couldn't say no, of course not--not to her sweet little brother.
"Okay," Nancy said, in a reluctant tone. She brought her hand to the side of Mike's face, cupping his cheek. She gave it a tender squeeze, looking at her baby brother lovingly. "Close your eyes."
Mike did as his sister said. He closed his eyes. Nancy scanned over Mike, from top to bottom. It was wrong. He was only 12, and he was her brother. But this is a learning experience.
It wouldn't hurt, right?
Nancy leaned in slowly. Her lips pressed against Mike's, her plush lips against Mike's slightly chapped and dry pair. Nancy tasted of the orange juice from the fridge, Mike tasted of peanut butter and jelly. The taste made her even more aware of how immature Mike was.
She couldn't help but continue on, refusing to let go because then she'd let it settle with herself. Nancy kept kissing Mike, and Mike kissed back. She was making out with her brother.
There was no turning back. Not now.
Fightin' my way up to your tongue so I can die up on it.
